As 2009 draws to a close tonight we here at Filmweavers have many blessings to be thankful for from the past year.  We have had the opportunity to work with many great people both old friends and many new ones.  Thank you to all that have helped and supported our filmmaking ministry this year!

There are also many things to look forward to in 2010 not the least of which is the upcoming release of our feature film "The Penny".  It's been quite awhile since we last updated you on the movie's progress but much has been accomplished in that time.

Jurgen is now well over halfway done with composing the original score for "The Penny" and it's turning out great!  Nate is hard at work on the audio and will be recording some ADR soon to help wrap up the sound mix.  Micah is making some very good progress on the color grading as well.  Things are getting more and more exciting as the film continues to push towards completion and release!

Many rumors have also been going around regarding a new website and trailer for the movie along with a final title announcement...and I'm happy to report that they're true!  Finishing touches are even now being put on each of these things in preparation for their planned release in the near future.  These will be just the start of many new and exciting pieces of "The Penny" you can look forward to in the upcoming months.
